SMERALDO will be present at NanoSeries 2026, organized in Turin (ITALY), June 15-17th, with the workshop "Single-Molecule Electronics: From Fundamental Quantum Transport to Emerging Applications" (NSAW2)

Over the past few decades, researchers proposed several concepts for single-molecule devices, aiming to drive a potential transition from fundamental devices to practical electronic applications. The lack of a synergic approach among researchers, industries, and financiers limits technology maturity and creates a missing chain link between the design of molecular circuits and the understanding of basic phenomena. The SMERALDO community addresses the key challenges in single-molecule electronics, fostering innovation and promoting the realization of methodologies for studying, fabricating, characterizing, designing and integrating single-molecule circuits.
